Has anyone ever experience blood in their urine while on this diet? I woke up yesterday morning and there was some blood in my urine(and no it is not my TOM). I read online that this diet can cause your body to go into a state of Ketosis which can cause kidney damage which would explain the blood. Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem and do you think it is safe to continue?
