    Unhappy Gained .5

    I was up .5 this morning - the only thing I can think of is that I ate shrimp yesterday. Why oh why does shrimp do that?? It's definitely coming off of my menu for the rest of Phase 2.

    Sorry. Some people have issues with shrimp. Also, there are issues reported with beef (of course), asparagus, cabbage, tomatoes, strawberries.

    Thanks Linda....I've learned my lesson. I only have 14 days left on P2 (I've decided to go to 50) so I'm trying to make the most of my weight loss in these last days.

    I went 50 days and lost 27.8 YAY ! How much have you lost so far? Good luck !!

    I recovered quite nicely from the shrimp.....I'm down 2.1 pounds today!! I'm on Day 38 and I've lost 27.5 pounds so far. I'm thrilled!!
