    Liquid Aminos

So is liquid aminos not acceptable on phase 2? If so, why are they included in the recipes on the members website? It says to use them in the orange chicken, kung pao chicken and in the sweet n spicy chicken wraps. I have been using the liquid aminos and have had a stall, could this be the issue?

I would say it's probably contributing to it. Liquid aminos are loaded with sodium and sodium can cause a lot of water weight issues on VLCD.

Be careful of those recipes. Liquid Aminos cause stalls in most people.

This is concerning since the HCG we received when we purchased is labeled: HCG + Amino Acids.

Linda can you look into this please?

    Thanks,

The Liquid Aminos that are being discussed here are Bragg Liquid Aminos and it is very similar to soy sauce (doesn't have as much sodium) and is used in the same way. You HAVE to have amino acids, that is why you are eating the protein on this protocol. BLA's is made with soy and one serving has 100 g of carbohydrates or 25 calories. It is very important not to add anything to your food which adds calories. The AA's in the drops are not the same at all, you're "safe."

I strongly advise you avoid Braggs aminos during Phase 2. It just has caused too many stalls for too many people.
