I found some pure liquid potassium at the health food store so hopefully that'll help.

Be VERY CAREFUL with the amount of potassium you take. It should say Liquid Potassium Liqui-K Sugar free/sodium free.

What I have is called Potassium Concentrate. It's ingredients are: Purified Water, Potassium Chloride (1000 PPM). The suggested dose is 1 Tbsp. per day. Does this sound right?

I would NOT use this. Twin Labs makes mine liquid vitamin K. I would be EXTREMELY careful with Potassium.

I'm going to look for the Twin Labs brand that you mentioned. Walgreen's doesn't have it but I think I may have found it at the Vitamin Shoppe. I had very bad leg cramps again last night - they're painful!

True, mix it in with other things. I often add it to my marinades with ACV and stevia.
