Hey guys 'n gals,

I've been vegetarian since I was 12 years old and been into healthfood since I was 15. It's a big part of who I am!

I usually eat mainly raw food, with my protein sources being quinoa, eggs, hemp seed etc. In my early thirties I started eating fish, to make it easier to do a low carb diet back then. But these days I only eat fish about once every two weeks, if I go to a restaurant. I never cook it at home.

BUT, on the advice of the HCG clinic I'm going to, I decided to do the Pescatarian version of the Protocol. ie eating fish and seafood for my meals, with eggs every 4th day.

I thought it was going to be SO HARD eating fish twice a day, when I usually eat it only twice a month. But I've been doing the Protocol for two weeks now, and I can't believe it, but I'm actually finding it surprisingly easy! For some bizarre reason I am just finding all that fish sooooooooo YUMMY! It's weird!

Anyway, now I know why. Yesterday I went to my HCG clinic for a full range of tests they do after your first two weeks on the Protocol. They found that... my muscle has increased by 2.54% in two weeks! They were stunned!

We realised that it must be from eating all the fish. I've never eaten much fish before, and my body was obviously crying out for that kind of protein. I'm A/B blood type, so I wouldn't have guessed my body needed it... But hey, the fish has been tasting amazing, so that's a sign that my body must be REALLY craving it.

(Also, just to encourage those of you veggies out there who eat a high-raw, living foods diet full of superfoods like me, and do cleanses and detoxes etc, my clinic also told me I have the best HCG results on day 12 they've ever seen. And they believe it's because I live such a healthy lifestyle, so my body's not having to battle with eliminating toxins, and can just focus on eliminating fat. Yay! GO THE HEALTHY VEGGIES!)
