I had travel/convention and had to take a 7 day break. Do I need to do 2 days @ 500 calories? Or can I re-start drops?
I was only two weeks in to a 45-day program. Probably should have waited but I figure there is never a good time and I wanted to move forward. I did hcg for 30 days early this year, lost 27 pounds and 25 inches. I am still a long way from goal weight so I want to make sure my Round Two is at least as successful as Round One was. Appreciate any direction.
