    Question planned interruption

I had travel/convention and had to take a 7 day break. Do I need to do 2 days @ 500 calories? Or can I re-start drops?

I was only two weeks in to a 45-day program. Probably should have waited but I figure there is never a good time and I wanted to move forward. I did hcg for 30 days early this year, lost 27 pounds and 25 inches. I am still a long way from goal weight so I want to make sure my Round Two is at least as successful as Round One was. Appreciate any direction.

I dove right in and am getting expected results.
Good thing I didn't wait for help. The traffic on this site is disappointing.

Hi lnlc - You can just go right back to being on the drops, but you will want to be on the drops a minimum of 21 days without any straying or cheating in order for your hypothalamus gland to be properly reset. If you need anything else, please let us know. ~ Sadie
