I've done many rounds and all together I've lost 115-120 lbs. it took about 3 years. It takes some time to get used to a "thin girl" mentality. Lots more energy and much more fun to shop! Advice for P2 would be to be ready for the round: load foods planned, LCD foods bought and meals planned with some baggies of measured out 100 gram proteins. Have a routine. Advice for P3: learn to love veggies and eat clean unprocessed food. There's no going back to old eating habits when those habits were what made a round necessary to begin with. Maintenance is life long.
Love this advice, Tiffany! Thank you so much for sharing. And great point about the 'thin girl' mentality! It is definitely something people don't think about when they are just starting out but it is a very real feeling and obstacle to overcome. Congratulations on your loss! What a change you have made!
