Tanning or UV Ray Tanning

I searched for this question, but couldn't find anywhere. I was just wondering if on Phase 3 we can tan or go to a Electric UV tanning salon? I live north of the US and barely any sun yet :/ Thanks.

Hi Mpickner - Yes you can go tanning if you'd like during phase 3. Try keeping it to a minimum because if you do get burnt, it could cause you to retain water, leading to a gain. If you go and just get tan, that shouldn't be an issue.
