    Question Mrm protein

Anyone use the brand MRM protein shakes. I ordered some but I see it has 23g of proteins. That's not too much? I'm on R3 D12, I don't want to mess up now.

Hi George - You should be just fine using this on maintenance. To see how your body reacts to it, slowly introduce it. Try 1 shake, then check your weight the next couple of days to see if you stabilize. If you are stabilized, have it again. If you have any questions, let me know.

Hi George - Glad you found a way to make it taste good. I'm not a big fan of the texture of protein shakes, so if you can get the flavor there, that's a big step! How's maintenance going so far?

Hi George - You know that you are doing well at stabilizing when you can for long periods of time within the 2lb range of your last dose weight. Definitely finish out each part of maintenance and just introduce new foods slowly.
