    Your HCG Recipe Update!

    Hi Everyone! I hope your diets are all going well! I just wanted to let you know, that we have made a few additions to the list of recipes that you receive on the member's only site (www.yourhcg.com/members).

    There are now more recipe options for both the low calorie & maintenance phase of the diet. This website can only be accessed by customers who purchased from Your HCG. But don't worry! If you didn't order from Your HCG and would still like access to the recipes, we do offer a recipe book as well. You can visit us at www.yourhcg.com/purchase-hcg/ to purchase the recipe book. We currently have both Volume 1 and Volume 2 available! Volume 2 contains over 200 recipes for both the low calorie and maintenance periods, along with helpful diet tips, a weight tracking chart, and more!

    Started looking at some of the recipes, and I thought only powdered spices were allowed? Don't garlic cloves have an oil in them??
    All natural, Certified Organic blends, spices, marinades, and other foods! Many gluten free products as well!! Most products are very low in salt, and sugar. Go to my website to check it out and/or place online orders, that can be shipped directly within the 50 states, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands!! There are a few spices/blends that are compatable {for me} with Phase 2!! Ask which ones are working for me!

    Hi Tygereye - We've had customers that can use garlic cloves just fine. I would only recommend using garlic cloves that you mince yourself though, none of the prepackaged products. If you do notice a slower loss, then garlic cloves may be one of the first things we recommend omitting.
