    How soon can I go back to working out

    Hi George - You can start working out while on maintenance, but during maintenance you do want to stabilize your weight within 2lbs of your last dose weight. Working out can sometimes make this difficult. A lot of customers will focus on finishing maintenance and making that change towards eating healthy and making it a lifestyle, then they'll introduce exercise once they feel comfortable with the eating portion.

    Another question:
    How many fruits in the first week? Still two? I know I should already know this. thanks.

    Hi Mpickner - You'll want to eat about 1 1/2 cups of fruit per day. Start with the 2 fruit servings (1/2 cup each) like you had in during the low calorie diet, then slowly add in a different fruit, totaling about 3 servings of 1/2 cup each per day. ~ Sadie
