It is true about Organic ACV. The research I have done indicates the use of ACV has been around for many, many years. All the benefit of the ACV is in the cloudy substance they call Mother's Milk. Yes, it tastes horrible but research indicates it is good for breaking down fat and is widely used to lose weight. It stabilizes blood sugar levels and It also addresses: allergies (including pet, food and environmental), sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, candida, acid reflux, sore throats, contact dermatitis, arthritis, and gout. Your skin and hair will thank you for using it as well.

I guess I'm weird; I like it. And yeah, I drink Bragg's. I tried another brand once years ago but it was really wimpy.

I don't mind OACV as long as I put liquid stevia in it. I try to drink a water bottle with a cap full of OACV and 10 drops of liquid stevia 2 times a day, and I must say not to bad. Back to ground mustard with OACV and water over spinach is not bad. I use the OACV from trader joes

So long as it still has the cloudy substance in it and doesnt look filtered the OACV is fine.

I love ACV, slice half an apple and drizzle a little ACV on the slices...yummy the best mid meal snack ever!

I think with the stevia in it, it is almost like having a soda. I know that sounds strange, but it has that tang of ginger ale or something. I love it.

Acv, a few drops of stevia, half a juiced lemon and salt and pepper! Love it on salad, or tomatoes diced with basil from my garden or as the dressing for cucumber salad. I drink it 3xs a day too in a glass of water with stevia. I have for two years and it's really good for your skin, hair nails, weight loss etc. I prefer Braggs.

Correct Barbara, all the health benefits are filtered out of the refined Apple Cider Vinegar. Everything I have read says the cloudy substance is what benefits our bodies.
