    Yes but go VERY SLOWLY!! I can't stress this enough. If you are starting to add new forms of sugar this is not what you start with. If you have already acclimated to sugar then start with a 2 inch square. Good luck.

    It's the opposite. Be aware of things like- especially -honey and of course table sugar. I will move this recipe to the Phase 4 Recipe section so people don't get confused.
    What do you think about using apple sauce instead?

    I did a search, and I might be able to use applesauce or banana and cooked quinoa. (??)
    I'll let you know how it goes.
    Any future recipes or ingredients lists, I'll be sure to post over in P4.
