Greek yogurt
Here goes with another question.
I was at a store here in the desert called Sprouts. I did find 1 full fat greek yogurt (this was the 5th store I have tried). When I looked at ingredients and its just milk. I did however notice that the full fat one I looked at had 15g of sugar but the 2% one I looked at had 5g. Both just made with milk.
Someone please help. I know its says full fat but the sugars listed are what throwing me off.
Thanks!

Read the ingredients. If sugar isn't listed on the ingredients you are good. Sugar will show up on nutrition info because dairy has sugar naturally.

Somehow my posts disappeared! I answered this question on 16th. Tiffany is correct. Sugar is naturally found in milk. We just don't want to eat any product with sugar added.

Yes, if an apple came with a nutrition label, in the sugar section there would be some amount of grams there. For an ingredient label for an apple, the only thing is would say is "apple."
As was said, look in the ingredient list to know what is in the food.
