Last 2 days on P3. Yippee!
Just checking in to say that I've really been diligent about sticking to the program and I'm still losing a little weight. 5.6lbs below my LDW, eating only when I'm hungry and feeling satisfied but not stuffed. Love that i can eat nuts, cheese, avocados, Greek yogurt! Friday I start P4 and am starting to plan my meals. I do believe that the success of this lifestyle change is planning! Easy to stick with it if I don't have to scrounge for lunch because I came unprepared.
Yay! I'm very pleased.
