Questions about Phase 3
I am excited to be starting Phase 3 on Thursday. Just a few questions.
I see a lot of amazing recipes in the phase 3 section. When can we have most of these? I do see some have recommendations of when to start them but just curious.
Also I saw a recipe for flank steak, can we have that now?
And is pork loin allowed?

You can have them beginning the last week of Phase 3.

Flank Steak is fine the end of the first week P3 The pork the END of the second week P3.
