I really could use some ideas for veggies - right now I am mainly doing cucumbers and tomatoes (no not at the same time, thanks). So please tell me what everyone else is doing for their veggies - Please.

I guess I should have said I am hoping for some veggie recipe ideas - right now I am eating my cucumber raw and cabbage cooked in a skittle and I add whatever meat to it.
I love cucumbers with apple cider vinegar(ACV) and garlic and black pepper.
Onions cooked as my meat is finishing, with some ACV.
Celery with, once again, ACV
Tomatoes, slightly blanched, as I've heard you get more nutrients out of them when they are cooked, with lots of black pepper and garlic.
A friend told me last night that she would put shredded cabbage in a pan with cilantro, toss it until it is sort of crispy, then drizzle it with lime juice, (or lemon) and mix it with 100g of shredded chicken. She said it was divine!
Yes, the recipes get a bit old, but the onion or tomato thrown in occasionally really helps with the lack of flavor sometimes.
Sorry my recipes aren't more exciting. The ACV gives a little kick though.
Thialc, sorry to tell you this, I wouldn't eat the cilantro. I like the other options.
I like just taking my chicken and slicing it up (or even lean steak), sprinkle with salt and then roll it into leafy lettuce. I also used to take spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, and chicken and make a "salad" out of it. Only downfall was that it used all my food at once! I do like to cook up asparagus too and have that with a bit of salt and garlic powder. Another way I find to get in my veggies is to cook steak and an onion together. (lean steak...I think only 2-3 times a week is recommended). I get bored with the same thing over and over so I found these methods helped me "mix" it up.
I assume the tarragon is dried. If so that shouldn't cause much if any problems on the scale.
