I've chopped and boiled my cabbage in water with a few spoons of ACV, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Some people use chicken broth but I'm playing it careful.
Another veggie side I like is fresh asparagus grilled on my George Foreman with salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice. -It's pretty much the same seasonings on different foods. Grill for 4 minutes roughly and the spears are still a little fresh.
My favorite is cucumbers sliced, lightly salted with a liberal amount of lemon juice applied.
Good idea not using Chicken Broth. I don't trust using it even though the only kind allowed is homemade.
