    Smile Freakin' Scale Shock

    Hi Linda,
    Was sailing through the end of W5 in P3 (or is that P4?). On Sunday I was still below my LDW by .75. Sunday ate very healthy and walked my 10,000 steps. This AM the scale went up 3.25. Went over LDW and today was a steak day. Here is what I ate on Sunday.
    Nothing was new - same old same old stuff.

    Breakfast=1 egg white, 1 egg, 3 Canadian bacon, 1/2&1/2
    Lunch=tuna, celery, onion, mustard
    Dinner=tilapia steamed in lemon juice, oven roasted Brussels sprouts, red peppers, asparagus, onion sprayed with olive oil spray
    Snacks=30 pistachios, 1 apple, 1 T almond butter

    This was pretty much what I've been eating for the last few weeks and doing great maintaining.

    Feel like my body failed me...any ideas?

    Thank you for your help.

    Ok. Was there anything unusual about Sunday? Anything at all?

    Work from 8-1 . Lunch, treadmill, manicure, errands, dinner, tv. Very normal day.

    Something aggravated the scale. How was today? Did the weight come back down.

    When is the last time you checked your battery in the scale?

    I use a weight slider scale. Down another .75 , so the "horror" is past! .75 below LDW. I like to stay 1-1.5 below. Should I switch to P4 forum? There is so little activity on the site compared to other times. Grateful for you.

    Yeah, I don't know why it is so slow but I know it will pick up. I am so glad to be here for you.

    Just checking in. Exactly at LDW this AM. W7 and still with P3 food except for one glass of wine 2 weeks ago. Wish I was lower and had a cushion. So afraid to experiment. Any advice on how to not overdo nuts and almond butter? Walking 10,000 steps a day and ready to go back to weight training. Will I gain? Thanks for listening!

    I also have trouble resisting nuts - pecans are the worst.
