    Newbie

    So I am new to this entirely and am so nervous I will mess something up. I am ending R1P2D9 and am so hungry all the time. I drink a ton of water, green tea and I am doing the apple cider vinegar. I weigh out all my veggies, fruit and protein. I started on day 1 at 147 and and down to 143, and gain 5 pounds during loading. I feel like I may not be losing what I should. I make sure I am under 500 calories everyday. I have a goal of 130 and am hoping I can reach it by the end of round one. And tonight I think I may have eaten to soon after my drops. I am continually focused on this diet and how I might mess up. Any advice is great.

    Your weight loss is right in the normal range. I want to talk about the hunger. Is it real gnawing hunger from the stomach or more mental hunger?

    No its gnawing hunger. my tummy will actually growl at me.
