    Hi,
    I'm going to be starting P3 later next week. Forgive me if this question has already been answered, but I don't see it in any of the threads.
    I've read the protocol for P3 and I see that we can add 1c of milk the first week of P3. I'm lactose intolerant and drink almond milk. Should I wait until a couple weeks later to add it? Also, it that 1c per day or one cup per week?

    Also- peanuts are a no-no for me. Is it ok to add almond or sunflower butter instead of peanut butter the second week? I think I read somewhere that the serving size for peanut butter is 2TBSP. Correct?

    Great question! If you are going to do almond milk add it at the end of the first week of P1 and start with 1/2 cup only. If you gain, don't use it for another 3-4 days then try again.
    You are correct about the serving size for nut butters.
