Too much too fast -now what?

I was 2.25 below LDW and got cocky. On D10. New adds where marinara sauce with no starch or sugar in ingredients (1/2c) and (1/2 c) of spaghetti squash. Also stacked my fats had 1 oz almonds AND 1T mayo? PLUS I tried 1/2c blackberries. Gained 1 pound. How to I decide the culprit..I see why you have to add slowly...it gets confusing ...
Any input will be appreciated! Thx

You can't know the culprit. Just go easy today on everything new.

Hi Linda, after my too fast add I went back to nothing new and I gained half a pound the next 2 days. I stayed the course and lost 2.5 in one day . Today I am 4 below LDW and having a real fear of adding food . Doing 1 1/2 fruit servings, 4T of half and half, 1 oz of almonds and a T of feta or blue cheese or 1T of mayo plus low glycemic veggies. Please tell me what to do next. Today us the start of week 3. We're on vacation in Park City, UT and hubbie keeps asking when I can have wine vs herb tea at dinner! Thank you so much for your support .

We'd was the big drop after 3 gain days.
Today I stayed the same with adding back strawberries and an apple, like blue cheese and almonds.

Good. So tomorrow try new forms of fat such as Peanut butter and a different fruit such as an orange. You can always mitigate any gain by eating lots of protein during the day.

    Greek yogurt?

Instead of fats may I try milk or Greek yogurt? Thank you so much for the help.
