    Fruit on P3

I see that apples and oranges are not low carb fruits. I had each every day on P2. Should I stop? I start P3 tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

They have both worked fine for me on P3. Congrats on tomorrow!

Hi Linda. Today is D3 of P3. Waiting at airport for flight home. Packed my cans of tuna and packages of turkey to keep up my protein loading. Ate a dinner, breakfast and lunch in restaurants which I know is not the ideal...curious to see the scale tomorrow. I was so tough on the waiters questioning how everything was made and asking them to make a lot of changes. I did my best.

    I did it

My determination to stay on p2 food only while on my trip worked -almost too well. Down a 1.5 on P3D4. 1.75 below LDW.

It seems you have found your way during the first 4 days. So glad. Keep the protein up.

    What is considered a reaction?

Hi Linda, D5P3 and 1 below LDW. Added fresh mixed berries yesterday and scale went up .30. Is that considered a bad reaction and I should wait to introduce? Otherwise have only added 3T half and half which is OK.

What should I try now? Or should I stay on P2 foods only for 1 or 2 weeks?

Because of past failures I appreciate your help.

I would have the berries again in about 2-3 days. increase the half and half and vegetables today.

    Scale up?

So if the scale does not stay the same or goes up even a little it means I am not ready for that food? Thank you for the clarification. I'm up to 4T of cream - don't need anymore coffee than 4 cups!

Correct. Berries are not usually eaten until the second week of P3.

Thank you. No new fruits or vegetables week 1. I was just avoiding high sugar/starch ones. May I try aT of no carb mayo?
