    Working out!

    So, I was thinking about the 20 weeks of p3 I have to do. Do I still have to wait to get in the gym for the whole 20 weeks?????

    No, you only need to stick with the food restrictions. You can begin to increase workouts once your weight is stable and that is usually the third week into P3. Slowly increase workouts while - of course maintaining within 2 pounds of your LDW.

    Okay got it cool. Oh so losing more than two or gaining two are both bad?

    Sometimes your body wants to lose more even though you are eating normally. That is fine - so long as you are not restricting food. Any increase beyond two pound of your LDW needs to be immediately corrected.
