The last week before Christmas

what is on everyone menu?
Im having veggies turkey cauliflower potato I will skip the stuffing stuffing is my favorite
I made my self some no bake cookies I think they are P3
they have sweetener of choice unsweetened cocoa, coconut oil, heavy whipping cream, almond butter, unsweetened coconut and Flax meal
what do you think P3 or no?? I already had 2 cookies to see if I would gain and I didn't

My sister fell at work last week and to make a long story short she had to have a plate and screw in her hip ... She broke her hip So Christmas morning for my family will be spent in the hospital... Then I will go home and cook then we will take her dinner.

I am making Lasagna for Christmas dinner which I will only eat a small square of with a large salad with lots of water a couple glasses of wine.
