    I was thinking about your rawhide song "rolling rolling rolling".... I would modify it to include:

    "boy my stomach's swollen rawhide"

    Yeah, loading is always better in theory than it is in practice, LOL
    I recommend focusing on full fat greek yogurt - plain is good if you have some stevia and fruit

    good idea on the greek yogurt... i always eat full fat organic... mmmm... eating a half an avocado now
