    Low weight training?

    Hey Linda.

    I have a question.

I know that working out isn't needed on this diet, but what about
light weight training? I'm hoping that I can still incorporate some
light weight reps just to keep my routine normal as I have been
working out five days a week. I'm talking bare minimum. Nothing
that is going to be tiring or make me sweat. Just to keep me mentally
in tune with my life's normal routine.

I'm having a hard time leaving the gym for the amount of time that will
be needed. Funny how food isn't my issue anymore. lol

And if light lifting isn't allowed. Is working with my own body weight okay?

Sorry, no weight training at all. The first thing the body does is use up the protein in the system. Muscle work requires protein. There just isn't enough protein being eaten.

The third week of Phase 3 is when you can add new exercises. We want your weight stable before increasing exercise.

hmmmm…. when I ordered my drops I was told I could do weights but would need to add one serving of protein to protocol. Was I given inaccurate information?

You WERE given wrong info. Who did you talk to. I will have a talk with them. No more than the specific proteins of 2 100 grams portions and no weight training or heavy workouts.

OMG…. I ordered several weeks ago, I don't remember the person's name. It was a girl. Now I'm a little freaked because I had several questions and I hope I didn't get inaccurate information.

Probably the most important one was regarding my thyroid medication. She said it would be fine to use the drops even while taking my prescription thyroid medication and that many people with thyroid issues use the drops….

Needless to say, I would like to know the low down on that question ASAP. Thanks so much!!!
