    Melanie, it's listed as an acceptable food in P & I and I ate it early on, but I stopped because I stalled. I just put some salt, garlic powder and saffron on it and put it on the Foreman grill for about a minute, and ate it over shredded lettuce. Very tasty. BUT, I think shrimp can be a staller, and spices (except for salt & garlic powder) are always suspect, so I cut them both out.

    Some people it stalls others it doesn't. Every body responds differently to the food options. We just need to find what works for you.
