    curry chicken salad

    I've had this the last 2 days and I LOVE IT!

    I diced up some of my roast chicken, mostly breast, added 1T of vegenaise, 1/2 an apple, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 bell pepper & sprinkled with curry powder (I like a lot) salt + pepper. I'm hoping to add some walnuts next week, and eventually a few raisins or currants. ENJOY!

    Are you in phase 3? Veganaise has brown rice syrup which makes it P4. Have you had any gains from it?

    Yikes! How did I miss that?? Weird! If you look at the sugars it says zero though. I have only used 1T at a time, no gains. Even with TOM starting today. That has never happened.
