I set a goal the end of my second round to run by my birthday.
My LAD was March 13th 2013. Four years ago I underwent a very
major surgery on my knee do to and unknown birth defect causing
over one hundred dislocation of my knee cap. It took two long years to
heal completely. Once healed. I still had a two second delay in "brain to limb"
reactions. Because of being in an immobilizer, and not being able to bend my leg
for 12 weeks cause my muscle to basically "die" and no noticeable response was detected.
After months of therapy.
I was barely walking without struggling to get my leg to act to movement. When I was heavy
I couldn't really do much moving on my leg because of the weight. So I didn't use it much at all.
My first round I lost weight and was so ready to get on the next round. I did not join a gym at that
point, but! I really wanted to. I told myself I would my second round, and did. Once I got it. I start
going and much to my surprise. I liked it....and that! was a surprise. I told myself I was going to run
by my birthday. I have had my gym membership for to three months and been going for a month and a half
I ran a whole lap around the track!!!!!!! The day before my birthday... I am super proud of myself. I will be here in
August to do my third and final round. THANK YOU JESUS!!!!! Bless the hearts and souls of all involved in producing
this product. AMEN!!
