There is at least one listed by insanebassman in this thread... I didn't bother with salad dressing in phase 2, since you can't mix veggies in one meal...
Jody, my favorite dressing is 2 tablespoons Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 juice of an orange, 1/2 juice of lemon, 1/2 cup water and 10 drops of Valencia Orange Liquid Stevia. I like to marinade my cucumbers in it and it tastes kind of like bread and butter pickles. I also pour some over my lettuce or spinach.
I am one that is able to use Braggs amino acids without problem, but you'd have to see if using it will affect your weight loss ... My favorite is 1tbsp Braggs amino acids, 1 tbsp Braggs vinegar, 1 tbsp water, and valencia orange stevia drops to taste. This makes an oriental chicken salad type dressing.
If you are not able to use Braggs, then leave it out, but it gives it the salty taste for a sweet and salty.

I made a vinagerette last night for my asparagus--mustard powder, AC vinegar, stevia, garlic powder. It was really good--drizzled it over my little piece of steak as well as the asparagus.
