Hmmm, well it will be AWESOME with fruit and eventually nuts.

Fage yogurt
So I was wondering…
I know with greek yogurt, it's supposed to be full fat, not fat free, because fat free stuff tends to contain more additives, sugars and carbohydrates.
But with greek yogurt, at least with the Fage brand, the fat free actually has LESS sugar and carbohydrates than the full fat, and has no extra additives either.
So if it has less sugar and carbs than the full fat, and no additives, shouldn't it be ok to eat the fat free kind? I like the consistency better, and it's really hard to find the full fat.

Nope, fat free, sugar free is not advised---for the rest of your life.
