Viimo, I not sure the hunger ever goes completely away (is this your first round?) but I have found that after the first week I am really full after just eating the small recommended meal. It is nice to finally feel full I'm still waiting for that to happen. I try to stay busy it is the only way I don't think about food. Plus I love to cook so I have been trying out the different recommend recipes that helps me stay in my confort zone. Very suprised that the first two I have tried I Love. For me the worst time is the weekend way to much down time to be hungry. I think Saturday I am going to take my 9 year old to the zoo. I will pack our lunch so I am not tempted by the cafe. Good Luck and congrat on 3lbs that is were I am at too.!!!

Actually MichelleA, I have done several rounds and have never suffered hunger. It all depends on how much fat you can consume those first 2 days.

Linda, I thought I did really good this time (except for the steak/veggies) maybe I just didn't eat enough fat.. But I'm not starving and don't even want to eat the bread sticks plus I cut out one apple with no problem. I still have my snack attach around 3 so that is when I enjoy my apple for the day. I feel strong & motivated and can't wait to see the results. I WILL make it 23 days maybe even more!!!

Sometimes we mistake hunger for mental hunger. It is quite an adjustment to go to such a limited menu and that can wreck havoc mentally.
