    Michelle, are you loading? If you are steak and vegetables is not a good idea for loading.

    Yes, I was loading I thought steak would be ok? I did also eat part of a potato with lots of sour cream and butter. Today is day 3 so now I am following the Protocol and I feel sick. I am really sick to my stomach and shaky I did go ahead and eat my apple hoping it would help but it didn't. I did not have this happen the last two rounds. Will this pass if I stick it out?

    No, steak is MUCH too lean. You want fats not proteins and vegetables. If you don't load right you will be very hungry! You must get this right. I listed foods and drinks at the top of the Loading on HCG topic that are perfect for loading. You want whipping cream, heavy cream, butter, bacon, pizza - extra meats and cheeses, alfredo sauce. Anything with fat. No carbs, proteins, vegetables. If you didn't eat the above repeat your loading days or you will be VERY UNCOMFORTABLE the first 10 days on protocol.

    I did eat as much of those items as I could. I'm not sure I could handle repeating the load days so I am going to just have to fight through the first 10 days if they are uncomfortable. Right now I'm just hoping to make it through a day at work, food is the last thing on my mind.

    R3P2D4 - Starting to feel better only have a slight headache which I can handle since my stomach is not upset. I am hungry but not unbearable. I am hoping to lose the rest of my load weight tomorrow still have a 1.2lbs to go. Then I can work on my real weight. Staying strong so far.

    R3P2D5 All load weight is gone plus an additional 1lb. - AND I can say I actually feel great. I hope it stays this way so I can make it the rest of my 18 days.. YEAH!

    Yay congrats to you Michelle. I'm glad you feel better. Today was better for me as well. I still had strong hunger pains but they were bearable. I'm down 3lbs so far so that's my motivation to keep going. Although I want to give up sometimes but I'm staying strong... I can't wait until the part when I feel awesome!
