    R4.... How long

    hi im in R4 getting ready to start P3 ...how long do I need to be in P3 and 4
    I have looked but cant find the information any where ? Thanks Melanie

    6 weeks of phase 3 and 6 weeks of phase 4...each round adds a week.

    I think it is more than that, Tiffany. Linda, can you clarify? If you are finishing up P2 of R4, I think it is 10 weeks in P3 and 10 weeks in P4, which is a long time. I must admit that I never stayed as long as I was supposed to, since I did well stabilizing long before the required weeks. But other people have needed the extra time, so I think you will be the best judge, Melanie, depending on how well you stabilize.

    Actually between the fourth and fifth round it is 10 weeks Phase 3 10 weeks Phase 4.

    Oooh, my bad. I thought it adds 1 week to each phase for each round.

    Melanie, I always ate an entire roasted chicken daily throughout protein loading, but I have seen Linda post that the dark meat might have too much fat. Enjoy your eggs and chicken, whatever parts you eat...LOL Congrats on completing P2

    Ms nancy...so you would munch on an entire roasted chicken during p3...was that immediately entering ph3 (first week)...i always seemed to not eat enough protien...and fluctuated really bad...always wondering if i was eating enough protien...if you can much all day on an entire chicken...thats awesome....not close yet to ph3 but thought i better ask now...to prepare thanks for sharing!!!
