How long to wait

Before rounds. How long should one wait before round 1 and round 2? Thnaks

Have you read Dr. Simeons paper "Pounds and Inches" Lepitman? (http://www.yourhcg.com/poundsandinches.pdf). The wait time between rounds one and two is 6 weeks. (then 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 20 weeks and 6 months between each successive round).

I had an iboga flood 16g rootbark but I would like to try ibogaine also. How long do you think I should wait for iboga to clear out of my system? My provider recommended 3 months.

The waiting time is divided equally between Phase 3 and Phase 4.

According to doctor's prescription, usually the gape between first round and second round should be at least 6 weeks. Then between round 2 and 3, you must wait at least 8 week. So in each successive round, make an increase of 2 weeks like between round 1 and 2, 6 weeks, round 2 and 3, 8 weeks, for visible effects on your body.

Actually the wait time does not increment by 2 weeks consistently. By the third round the wait time is 12 weeks, the fourth round 20 weeks and for the fifth round 6 months.

So how long between rounds 6 & 7? Would it be 8 months? If so, is that 4 months before I can have a starch? And is stabilizing and waiting so long as important if another round is planned?

I wish I could be one of those ppl that are just naturally thin! (Like my hubby) I'm tired of the constant food and weight focus. I food journal, weight journal, weigh everything...but without that I know what would happen. Oh well, everyone has their lot in life...

Honestly, I have no idea. Dr. Simeons has not provided for a 7th round. I would guess the wait is 9 month total 4 1/2 months on Phase 3 4 1/2 months on Phase 4.

Per Pounds & Inches, the interval in weeks between rounds increases like this:
2 weeks (from 6 to 8 weeks)
4 weeks (from 8 to 12 weeks)
8 weeks (from 12 to 20 weeks)
8 weeks (from 20 to 28 weeks)

So I would think that the next interval would be another 8 weeks, or 8 months (if the pattern holds), or if we speculate that he possibly intended the interval to go up another notch, then add 12 weeks or 9 months, and then again the same again (9 months) for the wait between 7th and 8th rounds.
