Phase 1 Help
ok so in about 4 days may family and I are starting the diet and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about phaes 1. Help!!! We are not stuff ur face all day types so gimmie something I can work with and still comply with the requirements.

Stefani, The information you are looking for is not in this thread.
Phase 1 is an optional cleanse done prior to the hCG diet which is PHASE TWO. Please look for loading instructions under "LOADING ON HCG" Then look under Phase 2 for the diet which begins on the morning of the third day. Let me know if you need anything.

Stefani, for the two loading days concentrate on fats, not breads or sugars. Ice cream, heavy cream, milkshakes worked best for me. You won't feel like eating because the drops will already start to have an effect but you might be able to drink a lot of fat, and you need to.

We are going to be starting the loading days around Friday...my cycle should end thursday or friday so we will do it when it stops and then I will get you details...my husband is planning to take pictures of me frequently and we are going to send them to you when I reach my goal weight...should be around the end of June! I am too excited to live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my healthy life of style.

Wonderful to hear details of your planned journey and to have this documented in pictures along the way. Did you get all the tools from our member's only site? Weight tracker? Safe Product List? Please weigh every day and measure every week on the same day. I picked Sundays to measure. That way I could really see the difference by weeks. I take it you read the loading instructions. Great job starting the day after your period is over. That will set up the BEST case scenario for losing. Please let me know if you need anything. I am here to help you through this whole process.
