Well, although not perfect, it is coming out of the pan... About how much of this can I eat as 1 serving?

Well, if I recall correctly (and it's been a little while since I have made this), Hubby and I shared that one pizza. But really what you're hoping for is to listen to your body and eat to satiation, not fullness. You've just come off of weeks of eating very small portions and were satisfied, hopefully you have learned a new skill in portion sizing.

I definitely ate less than half of it, and was quite content... How do I add a photo?? I can't seem to figure it out...

Under the normal reply box there are 3 choices:
    "Post Quick Reply"
    "Go Advanced" (CHOOSE THIS ONE)
    "Cancel"

Then click on "Manage Attachments" (A file management window opens)
    Click "Add Files"
Click "Select Files" (a new window will open where you can browse the files on your computer and find where you saved the picture)
Select the file you want to attach, then click "Open"
Now back at the file management window click "Upload Files"
Make sure that a little thumbnail of your picture shows up in the bottom of the file management box (click and drag them down if you need to), then click "Done"
You should now be back in the Post Reply Advanced box and where your cursor was in the post you should see something that looks sort of like this: "[ ATTACH=CONFIG] 85 [ /ATTACH]"
When you click "Post Reply" the thumbnail will show in your posted reply.
(and BTW, this is what I'm having for dinner tonight - cheese-tillas mmmmmm)

Thanks!! I tried all that once, but when I clicked on add files, nothing happened...

I made my pizza thinking of the California Pizza Kitchen's California Club in mind... I haven't ever been a huge fan of red sauce on a pizza, (at least not for the last 10 years or so)... The CPK version has mozzarella cheese, chicken, lettuce, tomato, bacon, avacado, and mayo on it... Mine had chicken, broccoli, mozzarella cheese, lettuce tomato, and mayo... It was quite tasty, and even hubby and daughter liked it! I can see me making this later as a family meal, for all of us!!

    Glad it worked!
Wow, that does look yummy! (Now I'm hankerin' for some of the crackers I made out of the same dough! I want to break off just a bit of that toasty brown part and snack on it!!!)
It all sounds good, but I think I might have done ranch dressing instead of mayo... though I do like mayo. Hmmm, so many possibilities!
(and thickness of toppings definitely contributes to how many pieces you can eat! LOL)

yeah, trying to cram all the protein recommended for a meal onto a small bit of pizza, isn't easy!! LOL!! I hope I don't have any "ill effects" from it, because I am looking forward to having it again tomorrow!! LOL!!

Jacque, I was thinking. How do you feel about putting a little almond flour or flax seed meal down to roll out the dough? I do have parchment but was thinking for those who don't have parchment that might be an option as both those flours are allowed on Phase 3.
