Maintenance fine tuning
This question is mostly for the "veterans" out there. When you are living life and you find yourself a pound or so up, but not needing a "steak day" what is your best advice for reeling things back in so that you don't need a steak day?
E.G. Do you just eat fewer calories some days as a balance for higher calorie days?
Or do you eat low carb for a day or two?
Do you just eat normally and increase your water intake?
I'm not talking about drastic stuff, just day-in-day-out maintenance fine tuning.

Go back to how you ate the first week of P3. No fats, lean protein, steamed veggies, 2 fruits and green tea and water. This is usually good for a pound or pound and a half. Avoid counting calories is my advice.
