    Coconut kefir

Is coconut kefir allowed as a substitute for yogurt? I want to make a dip and I can't have dairy.

Organic coconut milk, tapioca dextrose, chicory root, magnesium phosphate, carob bean gum, live cultures, carrageenan, guar gum...the dextrose is probably the key word to make it a phase 4 but I sure would like to make a dip or dressing with it sooner. My oldest son can't have dairy either so at least it isn't a waste if I can't have it yet.

I would think the tapioca would be starch and the dextrose is sugar, so probably not until later in P4. Maybe someone else with a diary issue has another idea??
