    Linda,

    I will start my loading days tomorrow. Yeah! I know Aloe Vera Gel 100% was recommended for skin, can I use this on my hair as a gel? Would this stall my progress?

    It should be fine. It is ok for the skin so won't cause a problem with the hair.
