    I'm a singer... but not professionally. I'm too much of a wimp/ wall flower.
    My positive note today is about the NEXT jeans that fit. The last time I was this weight, these jeans wouldn't get over my thighs. Proof to me that the fat I want to go, is going. OH! I'm excited to be in a smaller bra.

    I have a friend I haven't seen in years coming into own tomorrow. I get to take her out an watch her eat. ) I told her I would just bring food with me... but a lot of other people's foods actually smells disgusting to me right now, especially the pizza, or breakfast tacos, or Reese's peanut butter cup. 3 of my usual favorites. I'm thinking that's not a bad thing. It keeps me from being jealous.

    PERFECT! You will find that going to restaurants is NOT a temptation. A little word to the wise. Be careful not to touch ANYTHING that even looks greasy or oily. You will gain weight just by touching it and ruin your good behavior with a gain on the scale even though you deserve a loss.

    As of today's weight, per the BMI calculator I am no longer "overweight", I am at the top of the "normal" graph.

    Lisaks, that's awesome! I reached that a few weeks ago..it gave me more motivation! Today I've lost a total of 22.5 inches!!
