    Unhappy Receeding Gums

    R1D7P2
I am having some trouble with receding gums since starting the protocol. I am up to about 6 teeth that are excruciatingly painful at the gum line because the gums seem to be receding. I have experienced this with one or two teeth before when I was severely dehydrated, but never like this, and I know I am drinking more than enough water. There is a toothpaste out there to help with this (Sensodyne), but I'm wondering what I need to look for in the toothpaste that I shouldn't be having. I guess a lack of fat in my diet can cause this. Has anyone else had this problem? It's no fun to hit nerves when brushing your teeth. (

I am so sorry you are going through this! I have not heard of any other person suffering from this. Look for a Tom's of Maine variety that specializes in sensative teeth but if you cannot find it you may have to bite the bullet and use Sensadine and take the potential stall with it.
