    Tea

Is there any restriction on the type of tea? I have to be careful with caffeine so regular black tea and green tea can be problematic, even decaf. I've been drinking the occasional cup of peppermint tea.

I just noticed that some of the herbal teas in my cabinet are made up of a lot of different flowers, etc. Do you think that matters? I know Pounds & Inches just says, "tea".

Thanks Linda - I know I've been asking a lot of questions lately, and I really appreciate your help.

Yes, the only teas allowed are plain teas. Green Tea, Yerba mate, Chamomille, Black Tea, Nothing flavored naturally or otherwise.

    I welcome all your questions.

Does that mean mint tea is OK, if it's just mint leaves (no flavoring or oil, etc. added)?

Although I personally haven't had problems with it mint has been known to interfere with homeopathic medications so if you use it be aware.
