    Question on phase 3 foods

I was wondering if granola was allowed on phase three. Nuts? Corn? Beans? I understand there are no starches such as bread, pastries, rice, potatoes etc but I was wondering if there were certain other foods that should be avoided. Is there a place to see foods to be avoided on phase 3?

Do not eat those on phase three. None of those things are allowed. Avoid grains, - ANY kind. rice, Anything with starch in it. If you are unsure, it is best to look up what you are about to eat and see if it has starch.

What is Spelt flour considered? Is it allowed during P3 like almond, flaxseed, and coconut flours?

Not appropriate for P3. Spelt is wheat, wheat is starch. Please DO NOT use.

I am glad you checked. Let me know if something else comes up.
