198.4 and counting. Final goal should probably be around 180 or so, but there's going to be some toning involved at some point, so I'm not so much worried about being a proper BMI but getting better in shape and looking the part. My numbers put me at 112.6 pounds lost since I started loading on June 8th, 2011. Roughly 80-85 lost in two HCG rounds, with the rest coming off in life phases and maintenance phases. I feel really confident that I've changed my lifestyle for the better now.

Oh Jon I am beyond happy for you. What you have done is not easy and I have the utmost respect and admiration for you.
Heather even clicked into ONEderland right before starting weaning. Good times in this house. Roughly 220+ pounds lost combined.
Amazing Jon!! I am so very happy for both you and Heather. And to have maintained during the holidays is definitely a testimony to your detrmination and perserverence. It has definitely been an awesome journey and thanks to HCG, we all rock!! I completed my journey after one last round in January with a total 86 pounds lost. Started January 2011 at 228 and ended February 2012 at 142.4. I am also working on the toning this year and trying to be as diligent on that end as I was losing the weight last year. Keep up the great work and it is so nice to hear from you and know you are doing well![]()
Jon, you both have saved your lives. I couldn't be happier for you! ~ Linda

Thank you Linda.. You have saved me more than once !
I just hope R 2 goes half as good !
Coming up on nearly the one year anniversary of starting all of this, the numbers just seem mind boggling. I'm near 196.0 right now (with a low of 195.0) and I'm continuing a downward trend, although it's a little slow. Can say I've been doing good and keeping things decent. I got on the scale on that first day of loading at 310.6 pounds. That's a loss over the year at nearly 116 pounds (115.6). I only did two rounds (as stated above), but I learned a heavy amount of things about myself during Phase 3/4 (I consider them the MOST important of phases to relearning how to eat "normal" food again).
I shake my head at myself when I see some of my "before" pictures and can't even believe I let myself get into that bad of shape up to that point. The point now is that it's changed and so have I. Here's to elongating my lifespan.
