    Reese-like PB Cup

    Reese-like Cup

    Chocolate delights portion:

    12 tbsp coconut oil
8 tbsp cocoa powder(3 tbsp for dark chocolate)
    1 - 1 1/2 cups of your preferred sweetener
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Tonight we made Melissa's version of chocolate delights but we quadrupled the recipe since there are two of us. We filled the tray half way, put back in freezer a few minutes till hard, then added some peanut butter and the remaining chocolate and then froze again.

Delicious!!!!! They tasted better than Reese’s cup because the chocolate had a rich "dove" taste

Glad we can have our chocolate and eat it too now!

Also, how do you portion it out? In the words, how do you determine caloric value?

This recipe is fine at the last week of Phase 3. I advise eating just 2 of them per day. We don't count calories on Maintenance. Treat them like a you would a fat. That means the serving size will be very small.
