Do you know how many cookies this should make and what is the max serving per day. D10 of p3 and doing great so far. Making some cookies for a treat. Want to freeze them and just pull one or two at a time.

Sorry mommy, your body is not ready for any recipes until the third week of Phase 3. Please hold off.
As far as the recipe goes I have no idea how many it makes. Sorry, that was never mentioned to me but I would guess from the ingredients 12-18 cookies.

FYI...I did make 18 balls. Going into the freezer until Friday.
    One per day?

I thought it would make that much. 1 per day is just fine.

Yes you can. However, I normally advise powdered stevia for baking.

Remember that Truvia and Splenda are potent so you don't need much. Stick with the Truvia when you can.
