    Tomorrow is my first day of P3 !!!
    When can I have cream cheese ? I can have eggs on day 1 ?

    I would hold off until the 4th or 5th day of Phase 3. We don't want to increase fat intake too quickly. The first few days are about getting protein into your body.

    I forget from R1.... I can get peanut butter from my local store here and the only thing in it is peanuts or should I start out with almond butter or does it matter? Thanks

    It is a liquid amino acid solution that tastes just like soy sauce (to me) but with I think about a 10th of the sodium and a whole bunch of healthy components. I get it at my local Fred Meyer (Kroger) grocery store, but it is also at New Seasons and Whole Foods.
